This notice explains how GadgetiCloud (“we”) handles information on this trade website, wholesale.gadgeticloud.com. Questions or requests: shop@gadgeticloud.com.
What we collect
- Your enquiry: the details you type into the trade enquiry form — company, country, website, contact name, email, WhatsApp number, where you sell, volumes, the models you are interested in and your message.
- Site usage: if you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used (pages viewed, device type, approximate location). We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
- Security: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person, not a bot.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, send you availability and prices, and set up and run your trade account.
- To send occasional trade updates only if you ticked the box asking for them. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email.
- To understand and improve the site, using analytics you have allowed.
Who handles it for us
We use trusted service providers to run the site and handle enquiries: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google (email, spreadsheets and Analytics), Omnisend (email updates) and our workflow hosting provider. They process your information on our instructions. Some are based outside your country; where required, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept while we are in contact about trade business and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to its use, by emailing shop@gadgeticloud.com.
