Why our prices are competitive

We buy Casio in large volumes through long-established wholesale partners — one has traded since 1993 — and hold stock across several warehouses. That scale is what keeps our trade prices sharp, leaving real margin for you.

• We check our prices against the market regularly, so quotes stay fair.
• We restock the models that actually sell, based on our own retail sales.
• Prices are quoted to your volume — larger and regular orders get better rates.

Shipping and delivery

We ship from whichever of our warehouses suits your destination. Our standard service is duty-paid: import duty and tax are included in the price we quote, so there’s no surprise bill when the parcel arrives.

• Dispatch: in-stock watches leave us within three business days, Monday to Friday.
• Couriers: DHL Express, FedEx, SF Express and other trusted couriers — fully tracked.
• Delivery time: usually 3–12 business days, depending on your destination and the courier. We confirm it when you order.
• One shipment: mixed orders across ranges travel together, so you don’t pay shipping per model.

Express services to some countries are quoted separately and are not always duty-paid. We’ll always tell you which service your quote is based on.

Stock and availability

Casio stock moves constantly, so please check with us before planning a range around one particular model. We’ll always tell you where things stand:

• In stock — reserved when you confirm, shipped within three business days.
• On order — we give you a firm supplier date before you commit.
• Between batches — we’ll say so and suggest the closest model that’s selling.
• Discontinued — we tell you plainly rather than sell you the last few.

Genuine products

Every watch is genuine Casio, brand new, unworn and in its original Casio retail box with the standard warranty paperwork. We’re an independent stockist — not a Casio-appointed distributor — and we never claim otherwise.

Prices and trade terms

We agree terms with each trade customer rather than publish one-size-fits-all rules.

• Pricing is quoted for your volume and the models you want.
• Faulty items and returns are agreed in writing when your account opens. Our retail returns policy doesn’t apply to trade orders.
• Payment is discussed when your account opens — tell us what works for you.
• Dropshipping or plain packaging? Just ask. If we can support it for your market, we’ll say so; if not, we’ll be honest about it.
